School Days - Elementary - LSM

I kinda forgot I was doing a series on my school days and I only have time now to resume the series.

I start my few years in Lourdes School of Mandaluyong. I only got to realize how it is very near SM Megamall. It wasn't really a stellar performance from me.

Was it the pollution? Was it because our poor teacher had to somehow teach 45 very young boys? Have mercy on her. I'm sure she's glad she doesn't have that many children to take care of. Maybe it was my lunch? Maybe it was because I had to travel from Cainta?

I remember one Kris Kringle, I got a toy gun. A peace-loving kid didn't want anything to do with it, and I got to change gifts.

As usual, I got to have one and only friend.

I never really recalled of me being pressured to do well with my studies, of course I was very young and the principle of living a successful life was not a concept that could be easily comprehended by a young boy.

Of course, my destiny took a new course after the great south land experience ...
