Childlike Faith

Evergreen Created Jun 20, 2026 · Updated Jun 20, 2026

Childlike faith = receive the kingdom like a child - dependent, trusting, not negotiating merit (Matthew 18:3; Mark 10:15).

Children don't enter the kingdom by achievement; they receive care they didn't earn. Jesus wasn't praising ignorance - he was naming the posture Free Grace requires: stop calculating worthiness and receive the gift. Same beginner posture as Getting Started in the garden - assume you're new, follow the guide, don't perform expertise you don't have.

Extends Free Grace. Contradicts Compounding when I treat faith as a merit account I'm building.
