Before accepting the role, list the weekly time, travel, and tradeoffs the yes will require.
Level 4 - Connect
Under Free Grace, eternal life is a gift while discipleship carries cost; mixing those lanes puts a price tag on heaven.
Level 5 - Create
Create a cost check for major commitments and use it to shape a faithful yes, no, or smaller first step.
