Deliberate Practice
Table of Contents
Deliberate practice = train the weak slice on purpose — feedback, correction, repeat — not run the whole piece you already nail.
Example
A goalkeeper drills the hard save fifty times, not the whole match on autopilot. My kid's recital died in the bridges between songs. Deliberate practice was running only those transitions ten times — the rest she already knew.
