Eternal Rewards
Eternal rewards = Jesus promised believers the Father will repay faithful obedience - prayer, generosity, endurance, service - after salvation, not as the price of eternal life (Matthew 6:4, 6:18; 16:27; 25:21).
Free Grace settles where I spend forever: faith in Christ alone. Eternal rewards settle what the Father pays the saved life for walking faithfully - including hidden devotion (Secret Devotion) and open obedience (Let Your Light Shine). Treasure in Heaven aims the heart at what to store; this note names the transaction: gift first, repayment for faithfulness second. Same shape as Compounding in the garden - small obedient acts over years, not one heroic week I mistake for a merit down payment on heaven.
Extends Free Grace. Contradicts Compounding when I treat stacked good works as currency that bought eternal life.
