Follow-Through
Table of Contents
Follow-through = the work after the handshake — recap, owners, dates, verification.
Example
“I'll look into it” without a date is how school projects die after the group chat goes quiet. Follow-through was the recap with owners and dates before anyone left the parking lot — like a plumber texting when they're actually en route, not “soon.”
