Habit Stacking
Table of Contents
Habit stacking = attach a new small habit to one you already do without thinking — after coffee, open the notebook; after shoes on, one stretch.
Example
I never remembered to stretch until it sat right after lacing gym shoes — the shoes were the anchor, the stretch piggybacked. Same with capture: after I pour the first coffee, I open the pocket notebook. No new time slot, just a chain.
