Then Moses said to the sons of Israel, “See, the Lord has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. And He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship; to make designs for working in gold and in silver and in bronze, and in the cutting of stones for settings and in the carving of wood, so as to perform in every inventive work. He also has put in his heart to teach, both he and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. He has filled them with skill to perform every work of an engraver and of a designer and of an embroiderer, in blue and in purple and in scarlet material, and in fine linen, and of a weaver, as performers of every work and makers of designs.Exodus 35:30-35 NASB1995

Now after this the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them in pairs ahead of Him to every city and place where He Himself was going to come. And He was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Go; behold, I send you out as lambs in the midst of wolves. Carry no money belt, no bag, no shoes; and greet no one on the way. Whatever house you enter, first say, 'Peace be to this house.' If a man of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you. Stay in that house, eating and drinking what they give you; for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not keep moving from house to house. Whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat what is set before you; and heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.' But whatever city you enter and they do not receive you, go out into its streets and say, 'Even the dust of your city which clings to our feet we wipe off in protest against you; yet be sure of this, that the kingdom of God has come near.' I say to you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom than for that city.Luke 10:1-12 NASB1995
- Paul's Strategy for Growth - Entrust truth to faithful people who will teach others also. Explosive growth is four generations deep, not one star.

You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.2 Timothy 2:1-2 NASB1995
Level 1 - Recognize
Multiplication adds leaders who spawn leaders, not only more bodies.
Level 2 - Explain
Bezalel trained craftsmen who built the tabernacle; Jesus sent seventy with authority; Paul appointed elders and told Timothy to entrust truth to faithful men.
Level 3 - Use
Teach one person your full playbook this quarter. Include judgment calls they need when you are gone, not only a task dump.
Level 4 - Connect
Headcount alone stalls when only one person can teach - addition grows bodies; multiplication needs leaders who spawn leaders.
Level 5 - Create
Invest in the Few builds depth first so Great Commission multiplication has leaders to send - disciples who make disciples beat headcount alone.
Examples
- I mentored two leads who each mentored two more - glad growth exploded when I stopped being the only teacher.
- Paul left Titus to appoint elders - multiplication beat one-man planting.
