Level 3 - Use
Under deadline pressure, name one person on your team and confirm they still feel seen before you chase the next milestone.
Level 4 - Connect
When people feel invisible under load, trust erodes. Care under pressure keeps deliverables from hollowing out the team.
Level 5 - Create
Extend care under pressure through Servant Leadership and Duty of Care - protection they should feel when roles flip.
