The church is one body with many parts - different roles, same Head, no solo-body fantasy.

Level 1 - Recognize
Many parts one body means the church is one body with different gifts under one Head - no part covers every role alone.
Level 2 - Explain
Like a team where one kid guards and another scores, envy at another part is as silly as the foot wishing it were a hand.
Level 3 - Use
Say no to ministry slots that are not your part so the actual teachers can teach - solo-hero volunteering burns out the wrong gift.
Level 4 - Connect
Under Free Grace, every believer belongs - Faithful Steward work, not a popularity contest for standing.
Level 5 - Create
Build a ministry team that uses Know Your Lane to name each part and Servant Leadership to equip missing gifts instead of hoarding every role.
