Minimum Viable Product
Minimum viable product = the smallest version you can ship to learn if the idea actually works.
From Lean Startup (Eric Ries). Not a broken stub - the smallest thing a real person can use so you get feedback, not crickets. I use it for side projects and blog posts: ship the one feature, one paragraph, one page - then improve based on what people say. Not the same as Minimum Effective Dose (that’s how much effort; this is how big the first version). Pairs with Drafting in Public and Creative Output.
