Level 1 - Recognize

Moved with compassion means Jesus felt the crowd's pain in His gut and reached out before procedure or schedule.

Level 2 - Explain

Like seeing a friend cry and stopping what you were doing to help before you check the clock, feeling preceded touch.

Level 3 - Use

Let need move you to act before you optimize the calendar - compassion that waits for a slot may never arrive.

Level 4 - Connect

Compassion can interrupt throughput, but not every need owns the whole calendar. Servant Leadership holds urgency, limits, and the person in front of you.

Level 5 - Create

Create a response rhythm that sees the need, acts with Gentleness, and extends care through Servant Leadership so help lasts beyond one interrupted moment.

Examples

• I had the afternoon blocked for Deep Work and the neighbor knocked shaken - glad compassion bent the plan, not the person until Friday.
• The player walked past a kid sitting alone after practice - Jesus touched the leper because compassion moved first, not because the schedule had a slot.
