• The blessing ties peacemaking to family resemblance - acting like the Father who reconciled me to Himself through Free Grace before I reconciled with anyone.
• Christianity and Politics and Reconcile Before the Review need peacemaking when the feed wants a dunk, not repair.

Level 1 - Recognize

Peacemakers pursue reconciliation, truth in love, and de-escalation - not silence while wrong stays unaddressed.

Level 2 - Explain

Like fixing a broken fence with your neighbor instead of yelling from your yards - repair work, not comfort-keeping quiet.

Level 3 - Use

Before you pick a side in a feud, ask what repair would require - then do that work before the next meeting.

Level 4 - Connect

Matthew 5:9 blesses those who do the reconciling work - avoiding conflict to keep comfort is not peacemaking.

Level 5 - Create

Create a repair practice that mirrors the Father's Free Grace: name the wrong, speak truth without heat, and make one concrete move toward reconciliation.

Examples

• Two teammates feuded in the locker room - glad I did not pick a side and asked what it would take to fix it.
• Two coworkers wanted me to pick a side at lunch - I called the one I wronged first and asked how to fix it.
