Level 1 - Recognize
Read in synagogue means Jesus publicly read Scripture aloud in gathered worship, then taught from what He read - custom on the Sabbath.
Level 2 - Explain
Public reading then seated teaching - like the rhythm the synagogue already knew, authority flowing from text handled in community.
Level 3 - Use
Show up where the congregation hears Scripture together - private reading on the couch does not replace gathered hearing His custom modeled.
Level 4 - Connect
Because the gathering expected aloud reading, His authority came from text in community - not private quotes dropped without context.
Level 5 - Create
Build a weekly Scripture rhythm with both lanes: private Abide in Me reading and public reading with God's people. Neither lane earns what Free Grace gives.
